Hello, nice to meet you!
LEARN MORE ABOUT ME…
MY PAST
With a Cypriot father in architecture and a mother from Denmark I was very early introduced to art & design, especially Scandinavian Design.
I’ve been interested in drawing & painting since an early age. In my teenage years I also experimented with abstract art, mosaic art, jewelry design and redesigning my old clothes. When I was 18 I decided that textile design was what I would work with professionally and thereof my study & career journey began here in Denmark.
I hold a Master Degree in Textile Design from Design School Kolding 2019 and a Bachelor Degree in Fashion & Textile Design. My sustainability agenda during my studies reinforced through my passion for the multiple environmental challenges faced by the fashion & textile industry.
THE PRESENT
Therefore, my work nowadays evolves around the principles of sustainability & circular economy specialized in the fashion & textile industry in Denmark and internationally.
In 2019 I began my professional career as a project manager of big national, European & international projects focused on the sustainability agenda. I’ve collaborated with different types of partners such as universities, municipalities, NGO’s. I consulate brands in how to understand and implement circularity & EU regulations.
In both my professional & private life I've been 2018 traveling with a main purpose of experiencing local textile handicrafts in various continents of the world. It’s essential for me as a textile designer to keep these traditions alive and that’s why I share the knowledge I gain on my blog and Instagram.
MY FUTURE
I will continue to using my design skills in the ‘green’ transformation of the fashion & textile industry and play a leading role in keep rethinking and reinventing the future of consumption and production patterns.
Achieving this vision needs a creative and innovative strategic approach, whilst searching the past for inspiration and knowledge to assist us in rebuilding our future.
I wish to share all my textile knowledge especially with children as they are the future and therefore I will create platforms and spaces for learning and experiencing the universe of textiles!

How I approach my work?
As a designer I experiment with traditional techniques in combination with new innovative methods and materials. One of my strengths is to deep dive into a project exploring possibilities and creating diversed designs focused on circular economy principles and innovative design thinking. I’m driven by new knowledge and challenges.
I generate a story with a high complexity utilizing storytelling tailored to each project and I appreciate the task of translating elements into the visual tactile "language" of textiles. This is accomplished through my artistic approach and unique colourful universe.
“I’ve always been fascinated by the rich diversity of design in textiles associated with cultural heritage and how ornaments and colours combined create endless tactile universes.”
